Work for the most part was well done. The paint job was good and blends right in with the rest of the car.
Feel a bit disappointed that there was a mention the bike rack was going to be replaced but was not. I know this could be a call made by the insurance. However, the old bike rack was not checked for any issues. One joint was loose. The screws' threads showed to have been eaten away.
There was no attempt to tighten or replace it. Failure to catch it would have resulted in a repeat incident.
