The outcome of work on both the self pay work and the insurance work was exceptional, great body work. The only small issue I had was I started out with Mitch and Larry had to take over because Mitch’s wife had a baby. When I asked Larry if a certain light casing had been replaced his answer was ‘I don’t know it’s on your paperwork’. That’s not an acceptable answer. He also didn’t even know which side of the car had the self pay work done. It was apparent he had not taken the time to familiarize himself with the work done on my car and only wanted to tell me I could find the answers to my questions on the paperwork. I had to insist he show me the work completed and after he looked at my paperwork he finally did. Also after he and another young man walked away I noticed something like paint or wax droplets on my door. The young man was called back out and brought out a chemical spray and we both worked rubbing it off. So please pay attention to details and please make sure all technicians even when filling in for someone else is fully aware of all repairs. Thank you.

The work done on the car was excellent. The car was ready on the day and the time promised. The man who showed me the work done was courteous and very knowledgeable. The coordination between your company and the car rental was seamless. This was a 5-star experience for me!

After leaving—this morning I noted that there is a crease in the body up & to left of the trunk—I don’t think that was there before the accident—I cannot get there today—please contact me Monday—I will try to send a pic in the meantime. No one asked me about it before or after the repair was done on the bumper Otherwise, the sevice was great—easy experience until this morning

My car wasn’t ready when they called and told me it was ready. I came to pick up car just to find out it wasn’t ready after they called me and said it was. Then that same day I talked to gentlemen and he said they are in the assembly stage right now. He said I’ll push the tech. All this was on last Friday. I never heard where they anything from them Saturday. So I said I guess I have to wait till Monday. I called them Monday around 8:30-9am and asked if my car was ready. She said yes. I said was anyone not going to call and let me know. She apologized. I go to pick up my car and pay for the repair. I get in my car and in the back seat was a remote control to a Tv or something. Then I start my car up just to look on the dash to see that my hood is open. Why is my hood open and it rained the night before. My hood shouldn’t have been touched when I was getting repairs on my bumper. Needless to say I just was not happy with my experience.

This place is amazing. Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable. Best experience I’ve ever had with a car repair.

I liked how efficient everybody was- the girls out front to Mitch to the guys who did the work. Even pick up was easy. Using AMM takes the stress out of accidents!
