I was told my car would be repaired in **** week (5 days). Roger advised me that waiting for parts can sometimes hold up the process. Based on that information, I chose not to rent a car. When I authorized the work to be done 12/3, I made the appointment to have my car there on 12/8, allowing several days to order the necessary parts. I expected it to be completed by 12/12. The car was not ready until 12/17. The quality of work is excellent. The time to repair it - disappointing.
