The truck looks great with the exception of some dirt in the paint job on the new fender. Bernie explained they try their best v to avoid but it happens. The fix is to color sand? I know I paid for a new oem fender painted correctly. Now, when I have time, I will have a sanded fender. It just took the wind out of my sails when I saw it. And I saw it immediately. I was told "we missed that". I don't do this every day so I find it hard to believe it was not known. All that being said, it will be corrected, but v it is not what I paid for within the 14K in repairs. I picked you because I trusted your expertise. This calls that into question needless to say. There is also a run in the paint high on the fender where it was thick and ran, not the job of a perfectionist. I would have preferred you take the recommended 13 days to repair vs. Rush details on paint and give it back sooner. Again, I am hoping all underneath the metal is done right, this just took me for a loop, was not,at all what I anticipated. The issues are a couple of bad spots on the fender, why was the fender not 100% before it was mounted? If this was the car of anyone reading this, you would expect the same. 100% guarantee is fine, but truly this should have, and I suspect was, caught in the paint booth. It would have been a hassle to correct, now it's my hassle. Unfortunate indeed.

My experience with previous auto repair shops have not been pleasant. Jim Butler was an unexpected surprise. The entire staff was very friendly but also professional. I was also very much impressed with the expeditious manner in which the repairs were handled. Good Job#
