I appreciate the quality and timeliness of the repairs the detailing of my truck was top notch!

After receiving two different text messages, on two separate occasions that the repairs were "on schedule" to be completed on 05/18/17 at 9:30 a.m., I went to pick up my truck. Much to my surprise I was told the vehicle was NOT finished. In fact it had not even been painted yet. I was also told that those text are sent out by some "marketing firm" and I shouldn't rely on those as being accurate. What?? That's incredible. The fact is the vehicle wasn't ready until the 23rd. So now I had lost a half day of work on a trip to pick up a vehicle that wasn't even close to being done. So now that the truck is finished the side cargo doors are out of alignment by a considerable amount. I'm not sure what happened with that, but it's not how I brought it in. I've forwarded a photo of the side doors (to Joe Hahn) asking if they can be properly aligned. I'm hopeful someone can take a little more pride in their work and make this right. Hopefully I'll receive a timely response with a plan for a timely repair.

I worked with Joe Hahn.. With this being my first "accident" (I hit a deer), I was extremely nervous and clueless about this whole process. With the help of my insurance setting up the appointment, Joe was able to put me at ease by assuring me that everything was going to be taken care of. My favorite part about this whole thing was the frequent update text messages, and Joe keeping in contact with me. He was able to answer all of my questions, and was a pleasure to work with. I give a huge thanks to him! And also to the team that fixed my car. I really do appreciate everything.
