The Bumper Cover didn’t fit and align with the fenders. as it should be We had to drive all the way back to the shop they were supposed to correct the problem once again It Is not fixed right and the Headlight is not aimed right as well I played phone tag for a couple of days and have not heard anything from them. Except the auto text saying our car was ready to be picked up when we had already had the car for 4 to 5 days I’m going to take my car to A Real Professional and get it fixed CORRECTLY WITH **** trip I will never deal with RX Collision Again And I will be Sure to Tell Every One I know !!!! VERY UN PROFESSIONAL

So far it looks good. We appreciate the repair being done quickly. Whatever you did on the paint job on the right rear quarter panel, looks great too. It also looks like you did some work on the right rear door. Whatever you did it looks way better. So since you did Such a good job on the rear, we have an issue on the front left we are inclined to let you handle. So we will be looking estimate later today when we return the rental. Thanks for doing a wonderful paint job.

This was a smooth process and the team at RX Collision was excellent. I always felt informed and kept in the loop about progress on my vehicle. You would never know that car had any type of damage at all.

I received periodic updates on the progress of the repairs until the day before it was originally due, then I heard nothing for 2 days until Friday late in the day, so I picked up on Saturday, which was nice. It would have been good to receive an update saying why it would be a little late, but all in all it was good service. Easy to drop off & pick up, and everyone was ready to go each time I visited.

Measure! Use calipers, a tape measure even a ruler if you must, to make sure that doors, door trim etc.. are symmetrical. Other than that everything looked beautiful!

This place is awesome . The staff was friendly , knew what they were talking about and very helpful . They made a stressful situation very easy and as painfree as possible . . The repair was done on time and looked perfect ! The rent car company is onsite so no chasing down a rent car. I’m not sure how it gets any easier than this . If I ever need collision work again I will defiantly come back here . Highly recommend !!
