My only concern would be the little bubbles in the paint that you can see when getting a closer look. I thought it was supposed to look a little more smooth but I still appreciate Collision Works

The team at Collision Works was great!! I was kept informed of the progress of my repair on a regular basis which was much appreciated. The quality of their work was outstanding. My car looks great! The office area was very clean and organized and the staff was friendly and provided great customer service. My repair was completed earlier than expected which was a nice surprise! No one available on the evening to look at or discuss work completed when there to pick up. While driving down the road a plastic piece flew off and I had to stop to retrieve it and snap it back into place. When in light I have noticed what appears to be clear coat overspray on areas that were not worked on, both glass and other painted areas. Also note the car was left dusty inside which included handprints. This was on top of zero communication from the shop about was work was being done, even after multiple calls and emails. As a customer I am disappointed with the experience and as an employee of Farmers Insurance I am concerned that this location is one of our preferred vendors. I will definitely be sharing this experience.
