The repairs were completed when Central Collision said it would be completed. The office staff went over the repairs needed before I dropped off the car. When it was completed, the staff went over all the repairs that were actually needed. So very satisfied with experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Words can describe how well I was treated! From the minute they called to let me know they were expecting me to staying 30min past closing time for me to pick up my car when it was ready, the treatment was exceptional. The daily email updates were amazing and the personalized phone calls to make sure I didn’t have any questions was unheard of! Not only did they treat me well, but my car was returned to me in showroom quality!! They were beyond amazing and fair!

Not only was the front end fixed perfectly they also cleaned the outside from front to back. When I took the car in the interior was a mess , when I got in it after to drive off , well it looked almost like it had been detailed, in the future I will be back and will recommend your business to my friends ????

Airbag sensor not reset, debris in clearcoat, run in paint. Said nothing at the time of drop off or morning after what type of parts you would be using on the truck but yet wanted me to sign a waiver stating aftermarket parts were okay AFTER the repair work was already done.

Rav looked good as new when we came to pick it up. Upon trying the auto rear lift gate, a strange noise, when opening and closing, was heard. The staff identified the problem immediately and fixed the problem quickly. We where very satisfied with the work that was done.
