Initially my trunk would not close. I asked Byron for help. after trying several times to close it himself he had to remove a plastic part in order to close it. he gave part to me and asked me to call on monday to make an appt to come back in to have it repaired. it was dark and cold and almost 6 pm when I picked up my car and had no choice but to do this as I had to get to work. Dont like having to come back in a 2nd time to have this problem fixed

Took a week longer to repair my vehicle than originally stated. Which I can understand, but NO ONE EVER CALLED ME. I had to call every day to ask about my car, and was told "It should be done today" or "Yes, tomorrow." I got one welcome text when they got my car, but NEVER any follow up texts. I just discovered that the passenger door that was repaired bounces when it's opened. I will be calling to ask about this.

Aron was great to work with! I was leaving on a 4K mile vacation right after I was backed into in a parking lot. Aron had the car aligned and balanced to make sure we were able to drive safely without wearing the tires. He then told me they could schedule the cosmetic work to be done on our return from vacation. Great problem solving! He was friendly, professional and communicated well. Thank you, Linda Pragman

Body work done was good! They forgot to put holes & screws in the front bumper as before & replace a driving light on the left front. Aaron did get the bumper issue fix immediately & said to call him anytime next week replace the bulb, takes 5 minutes.

I've worked with four of your folks now after two accidents in 3 months. The work is flawless but the more remarkable thing is that the people you hire are good people who are friendly, honest and easy to work with. You should be aware that your employees went out of their way to fix the back of the drivers' seat which was in no way related to my accident. One of your people stayed late to help finish that job, which was wholly unexpected and unnecessary. Your people did that because they thought they could fix it faster and better than I could and they were right. It's much appreciated and I could not be happier. And yes, if asked, I will certainly tell people to go to McCarthy Morse Collision Repair. You've got great people. Thank you!

Car looks good, but I’m frustrated that not all the repairs were completed when I picked it up. My side mirror didn’t get replaced as the parts have not arrived yet. But I had to take my vehicle and come back another day. I would have rather kept my rental car than be inconvenienced with having to return in a few days to compete the work.
