All the employees were very friendly and helpful. Made our experience a good one. I have never had body work on a car done and was nervous about how it might look. It looked so good like brand new and best of all my car wasn't a dirty mess when returned to me! There was even a little blemish on the door skin and they were very helpful in making sure our car is to my satisfaction. Your team at the body shop does a great job!! I also love the text updates about how happy my car was while there.

The repairs were done in an excellent manner. My issue is that I dropped off my car with a full tank of gas and picked it up after a week with a 3/4 tank of gas. I am highly dissatisfied since I was sent a text that my car was ready on Thursday afternoon but was called to let me know that was "wrong". My car was driven 78 miles since I dropped it off. Complete and utter BS. I will never endorse McCarthy again.
