Inside of the vehicle was very dusty, the trim was dirty and so was the upholstery on the seats. Masking tape residue on rear lights and rear panel. Quite a bit of small pieces of plastic and other left overs from repair in the trunk. Couple of plastic pieces around the trunk's locking loop were not replaced even though they were damaged.

Everything was great but the only thing that would have made it better is if the car was vacuumed and cleaned inside. It was much dirtier than how I left it. Other places I have used cleaned out my car and I was expecting that also. Otherwise, I was happy with everything.

Your personal didn't realize that my truck was a stick shift when he went to move it and then left my hood open after checking the battery. The repair to my truck tailgate was not properly estimated as the technician didn't notice that the hinge also needed to be repaired.
