The car was repaired quite well. Paint match was excellent and the car drives well. My only concern is that a plastic cover underneath the front of the car is missing. I believe that this cover protects parts underneath the front of the car. I would like to have had this brought to my attention. I looked at the car when I got it home and noticed the cover was missing. You indicated to me that you would look over the steering portion of the car very carefully. I can see how this might have been overlooked so it is not major problem but I think its absence should have been noticed in a thorough inspection of the underneath side of the front of car. This is the only thing I found amiss. But it kept me from being completely satisfied. I believe this was also may have been missed by the adjuster and I have sent a note to that person as well. Because McCarthy is an authorized repair center for both my insurance company (ANPAC) and the other driver's insurance company (Encompass), the claim process was speedy and efficient for me. I really liked the easy access to Enterprise rental cars also. Thanks for a "good" collision repair experience.
