My car was only supposed to be the shop for one day. A part wasn't ordered and it took three. I wasn't kept abreast of what was going on. I had to call versus being called. Not sure I would come back if I need body work done again.

As far as replacement parts on body work, on near-new cars (like the rear bumper my 2010 Sentra), I would suggest new parts equivant should be used in repairs, rather than re-furbished parts which been repaired. I have had that bumber repaired before, but only your shop has worked on it.
Aaron and Jeff are professional and they really cleaned-up the car nicely & took care of all of the details with the responsible insurance carrier (AllState)!
It was also nice to get direct phone numbers for the lead, to avoid the phone operators in body shop and transfers from the McCarthy main line.
