Would have liked to had daily email updates. Got the first email saying I would receive them. John Dalsing was excellent with his communication and taking care of me and my car.

I couldn't ask for better service. I truly appreciated everyone's assistance in the replacement of my windshield and the new car 1000 mile service. My salesman Orlando coordinated my loaner, rescheduled my service to be done prior to the windshield installation. John Mynatt was very expedient In getting my estimate to my claims agent. The office handled my paper work efficiently! A great group of people!

When I CW to pick up the car, they had missed a dent so they had to keep the car another 3 days. I noticed today that I have over spray on one of my custom wheels. Maybe if the car would have been washed before I picked it up someone would have noticed it. So I will be bringing it back in to have you take care of the

John was very courteous and went to the full extent to detail the damages to our vehicle. The estimate and repairs were delivered promptly with the repaairs being finished ahead of the original timeline. I will recommend McCarthy to my friends and family in the future regardless of their car make and model...

Everyone was pleasant and professional. Car looks good. Ride was provided home by a personable young man. Communication was good. But to be completely satisfied, the car would have had to be finished by Friday afternoon as expected. It was not completed until late Monday afternoon so I was not able to pick it up until Tuesday -four days later than expected.

I don't need a callback, but it would be nice if they cleaned up the car after working on it. A nice shiny car would be nice to see after spending that much on repairs.

The repair was great, but there was a new chip in my paint after the repair. Thankfully, they gave me touch up paint,but my experience would have been better if this hadn't happened at all.
