Other than the accident that made me need this service, it was a great experience. Everyone from the front desk to the shuttle driver to Aaron (the rep that helped me) were courteous and efficient. The repair was completed even more quickly than I expected. Thank you!

Brent Mendel was great! He was friendly and just overall nice to work with. I was not impressed with your secretary though. I called twice before I went in and was put on hold both times. Then when I went in for an appraisal, she seemed annoyed with me. Other than that, it was an amazing experience and I would recommend Mcarthy Collision to all my friends! Our insurance agent Mike Kearny suggested you guys and I am glad he did. Thank you!
