Great personal service. I even mentioned looking at a couple of scratches unrelated to the reason we brought the car in and he went ahead and hand painted over the marks, you barely know they are there. Thank you, we will definitely be back...but hopefully not for a long time :)

Every thing and every body was excellent!

The work took **** week. My status updates kept telling me it would be ready in 2 weeks...

Tired were under inflated and washer fluids empty but the exterior was absolutely beautiful. Great work! Got my car back. Reggie was great, Took fast care of my after mentioned concerns. His service thru out was exceptional.

Reggie (at your Ellisville location) is a terrific representative of your business. He was very professional, friendly, and took ownership of my customer experience while you had my vehicle in for repairs. I've only had my vehicle back for a few days, so while it still looks good now, I hope it still looks good in 90 days and beyond. The only complaint I have is your process for estimates. Each time, including this one, I've always been required to make an appoint for an estimate. Generally, the appointment is a week out. Sometimes (like this one) I'll wait. Other times I won't and I'll take my business else where. I noticed that when I brought my vehicle in for repairs, a customer came in WITHOUT an appointment and was able to get an immediate estimate. Seems like your business practices are always followed. Overall, I'm satisfied and would return to Schaefer if one of my vehicles needed body repairs. I am AM in the PM!
