Everyone was friendly yet completely professional. I was impressed with the effort to keep me apprised of the current state of the repairs by way of text and phone calls. It was wonderful to have the car back a day sooner than expected. I am satisfied with the repairs and appreciate the excellent customer service.

Thank you. Everyone was pleasant. The car was not finished on time. The office communications were not accurate. I would not have minded the delay, if I was told the real reason for the delay.
