As a long time listener of Frank Opinion, I've heard him talk about Schaefer Autobody many times. I decided to give Schaefer a try after a recent fender bender. The process was so easy that I had limited interaction however the interaction I did have was all very pleasant. I was kept informed through the process and my car was handled quickly and efficiently. The partnership with enterprise made for a seamless repair!

The bumper (rear) that you just Repaired has a half an inch gap in it. Its not properly attached. I can see the bottom of the under carriage. I looked in my middle glove box console and my cell phone charger and chord are missing.you could tell the box had been rustled through.

Shop was unaware of the timeframe of my vacation which I strongly believe to be the reason why it took a month to complete the repairs. I was finally told that I could pick up my car on 7/05/16 and then promptly informed that because someone forgot to order a part I would have to wait until my next day off of work to pick up my car. Generally the experience was unprofessional and I will not be bringing my car for repairs to schaefer autobody

The entire process from start to finish was seamless. We were kept fully informed every step of the way. Our vehicle looks great. If we are ever in a position where we need the services of an autobody shop in the future, we will definitely contact Schaefer. We highly recommend them.

I don't need a call back. Just know that you should really put the trunk back in the order it was found when working on a bumper. The net was thrown in there and was dirty. There was also paint dust handprints on the driver door interior. Lastly there were scuff marks from boots on kick panel on driver side. The car was spotless when we dropped it off and I was expecting it to be in the same condition when I picked it up. As far as the repair it was done great.
