Body work great. However I think the car needs a wheel alignment and to be fair don't know if that is your thing to do

My 2016 suv only has about 5,500 miles on it and was in perfect condition except for the damage when I was rear ended. I always baby my vehicles and I am the only one that drives this car. When I picked up my car I noticed that there was a dent on the hood right in the sight of the driver. When I called to ask about it I was told it was there when I brought it in and they have a photo of it. I would like to know why I was not told about it immediately. I also have a scratch on the leather Middle glove box that I didn't notice before the repairs.

No quality control to see if parts were replaced as per repair invoice. Had to wait 15-20 minutes to have the tire replaced and then additional time due to the rim being scratched when rebalanced. Now I was told to bring the car back to repair the rim which I was told would take about 4-5 hours. I am a repeat coustomer and I am extremely disappointed with this repair.
