The work done was just fine. It took longer than I was told. Luckily my husband was out of town for part of the time so I could use his vehicle. We are still waiting for a part from Infiniti so I am going to have to come back again to get the work finished.

First of all I called the Friday before I was scheduled to bring my car in, only to find out there was nothing on record. Fortunately, I was told that my car could still get done. I brought it in on the scheduled date. (Monday) Friday afternoon I hadn't heard anything, adjuster had said approximately 4 days, so I called to see how it was going. I was told I would get a call back shortly. I was then told my car had gotten "lost" in the shuffle & hadn't even been started. I had arranged for my vacation for while my car was being repaired so that I would not have the stress & tension of driving an unfamiliar car during the winter. I was told that they would pay for a rental for me. The roads were bad, the rental would start sliding on the smallest patch of ice. I suffered severe tension headaches whenever I drove the rental. I lost sleep worrying about driving "someone else's" car on bad roads. I don't feel a rental was enough compensation. Plus I had to replace gas in the rental, & pay for the extra insurance, both things that I really couldn't afford before payday. I would not have had to put gas in my car before payday. I wasted a week of vacation at home without a vehicle for no reason, & suffered unnecessary stress & tension headaches because of this.
