I couldn't of asked for more

I had asked them to send a price on some touch up paint in addition to the repair. I never revived that information.

This is the second time we have used Abra and would not go anywhere else. Thank you !!!!!!!

No need to contact me. I have been contacted way too much. Bottom line was you guys ordered the wrong part and it added about a week to the repair time line needlessly, and that was frustrating. So, I cannot truthfully say I was completely satisfied.

You guys were great! You finished my repairs ahead of schedule and that's awesome. With an incident like mine, it may have been just my experience, but I was dissatisfied with the end of my repair. I am military and had to leave town due to orders, but was told my car would be ready the 15th. When the car was finished early, I had no way to get my car back. The saleswoman did work to make this easier, but her attitude was not grand. She acted as if I should have prepared for the early repair, and made me feel inadiquate about my issue with her rushing to return my car. This put extra stres on my pregnant wife who had to endure the situation. I know it's a lot to complain about, but the sensitivity to everyone issues, and treating every person as a unique case goes a long way. I felt like I was just another job to complete to her. The technician Eran or Arron was great, he really made me feel comfortable with his one on one service, )lgive that man a raise.
