About an hour after I picked up my car I got a call saying that the technician forget to put the body side molding back in my car. Now I have to take the time to bring it back which is very inconvenient and makes me feel extremely dissatisfied.

I had an estimate in hand. I forwarded the email to reply to (Allstate insurance), I don't know why it took more than a week to forward the estimate to them. Copy/ paste.
If you do onsite estimates, could have told me over the phone and I wouldn't have driven the car to the shop, and then had to rush to get it off your lot once Allstate got the information.
I understand being busy, but that was a big enough PITA to lose my future business and I didn't even have my car touched by Heppner's, just an estimate on a totaled car...
