Scheduled my appt. Weeks ahead, yet enterprise did not have any info regarding a loaner for me and i had to wait over an hour for them to get me a car from the airport.
Poor communication an i was told my vehicle was done when it wasn't. Was told part of the hold up was due to my car being detailed but it was not at all. Will take my business elsewhere in the future.

As far as I can see the vehicle repairs look good (it's been snowing all day so I haven't been able to look super closely) I have left a five star review on both Google and yelp. I really appreciate Grant helping with the additional rental charges that I had to pay out of pocket, that was an extra bonus. I will definitely be back in the future.

The repair was completed in less than the time estimated. Looks like the usual great job. Mirror works. And the text message status updates are great. Only suggestion, make sure the content is accurate. And for cases like mine when the repair for one car has two claims/work orders, send the status on the car, not the orders.

I didn't feel Grant was interested in working with me to get my car fixed. I had asked about some additional work that needs to be done and he either said it couldn't be done At your shop or he made it sound like I was asking an awful lot out of him to do the work on my car.

The cup holders in the back seat fold down arm rest was broken out. I have not used it, but the arm rest flopped down and the cup holder flopped out. Why? How? You're an auto body shop why wouldn't you just fix it and I wouldn't even have noticed.

We were completely satisfied with the service and repairs. The only problem we had was with your automated messages being inaccurate as to when the car would be ready. The emails received said our car would be ready on 9/6 even though the car was ready on 9/2. I was very frustrated thinking we would not have the car over the holiday weekend. When I called however I was assured that the car would be ready by friday and it was. We were pleased with the overall service and friendliness.
