ALL the staff were exceptional in customer service!! I chose your company because you had higher ratings than the others. So I asked Geico to have my car fixed at your facility. I was 99% satisfied. Since you asked if I was "completely" satisfied, I thought I'd offer you one very small piece of feedback. Our car was towed to your place, apparently without a key. But it took you a week to start trying to reach us to get one. And that didn't seem right. But I did appreciate that you paid for a replacement key. Other than that very tiny thing, it was easy to work with you, and the car seems great. Thank you!!

Within 24 hours of my minor fender bender, my car was in for repair and I had it back in a week! While not ideal driving a rental car for a week, I can’t imagine a more minimal disruption in my routine under the circumstances. It was a pleasure dealing with car craft and it was a pleasure dealing with Geico. Thank you
