As I said in my reviews, Car Kraft did a fabulous job of repairing my Subaru Forester that only had 2,500 miles on it. Looks as good as the day we bought it. Andrew and Pam were great to work with, professional, courteous and calm. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We were very satisfied with the service & repair but totally frustrated with how the owner kept explaining that the previous auto repair shop was very reliable and the car door rusting was not due to the unsatisfactory paint job they did. He kept saying our “objective” view but as customers, we had some facts that needed to be considered. We felt he was biased to the other repair shop. Until now, the rusting issue was not addressed.

They were very professional. They fixed everything that needed to be fixed and went beyond that to fix something minor but was necessary to let the car look like brand new. The latter was not in the contract but we discussed it. I am satisfied with the job they did on my car.
