As you know having a car accident is such a truly awful experience. I was treated extremely well by the whole car craft team. My claim was handled fast and with excellent efficiency. I was completely satisfied with car craft service, as well as geico express and enterprise, the only thing, was the texts from car craft, i got a text saying my car is ready, I called on my way to find out it's gonna be ready after the weekend. Than on Monday I got a text saying that the car will be ready at 11am, and when I called I was told it won't be ready before 4pm. That was confusing and didn't add to the experience.

I am so happy to have my car back so quickly and more perfect than before. Everyone was sincerely very nice; I was thoroughly informed about the process before, during and after the work was done. By the way- I liked being updated regularly by text message. The cost seems very reasonable. Car Kraft ( including Geico) was such a positive experience that I will recommend [you] to everyone and write to Angie's List if that's OK. Thank you. Barbara F

I live in Rutherford and I only go to Car Kraft whenever I have an accident. Main reason is because they do great work and all I need to do is just trust them and leave the car. Having Enterprise and Geico adjuster in house is a major plus as well.

This was an amazing experience! What I know for sure is that Car Kraft cares about the customer regardless if you are a Geico Customer. Everyone receives excellent care!
