It is easy to spout platitudes about the quality of services an organization provides. But every once in a while, there is an organization that lives up to the hype, and that ladies an gentlemen is your company. I have rarely had an experience where each and every person is so dedicated to the company's objectives, where everyone is so professional and personable, polite and helpful. As for the repairs to my vehicle, they are magnificent. The vehicle looks brand new. I would not hesitate to recommend Car Kraft to anyone in need of the services you provide. Thank you so very much. My Car Kraft experience was excellent! Dustin was very helpful, friendly, and made me feel comfortable with this new process. Joe, my adjuster, was friendly, knowledgeable, very nice, and handled everything from calling the insurance agent, to getting a quick quote, and making sure the process was as painless as possible. Very sweet guy. And my car looks better than even before my accident ???????? !! I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend this company to friends and family. Thank you all
