Very friendly staff and the work done looked great. The text service was nice, but it was kind of weird to be told a finish date and time that corresponded to hours when the garage is closed...might want to adjust that for other customers.

As of 07/07/2016 I'm still without my car! Becouse you do not replace 2 thing : ****.wheelhouse liner , 2.one tire :- all this acording to my contract . Michael & Dustin never inspect my car. Car was not ready for pick up at 07/07/2016. Costumer servise is unprofessional , plus Talk at me , not to me. With recist remark about country where I came from ?!?!? Situation was handle soo unprofessionally.. I'm very disappointed about it.

This was the second time bringing my car to Car Kraft. You guys are amazing! The work performed was perfect AND the car was ready earlier than estimated. Bob and the team are a pleasure to deal with and treat me like family. I will never bring my car anywhere else but Car Kraft!
