When I picked up my truck, the shop forgot some clips so the molding on the back bumper was hanging off. I needed to get to the rental company so I had to leave while they fixed this issue. When I finally go back to Abra, try we’re closed. I got into my truck and the battery was dead!! I had find cables and get the truck jump started. I live less than 5 miles from Abra. When I got home, the truck was smoking and overheating. A radiator hose clamp had come lose. I would expect all vehicles to be checked for ANY type of problem before letting a customer drive away in it...and definitely not leave it in a condition such as a weak/dead battery!

I have only ever gone through their process once before, and I was never treated the way I was with your company. The updates seemed a little vague I will admit but, they were updates and they made me feel thought of. It was such a nice surprise to get back to my vehicle and it be sparkling clean. It looked brand new. I was pleased with all aspects of the process.

Christina atmore...and the crew did an awesome job...christina kept me up to date with what was being done with my truck...almost a step by step kinda call...she is a friendly easy person to talk to and would answer any question i had... about my truck...i would deff...bring my truck back again for other body repairs if they are needed...hopefully not anytime soon though...lol...the body work was done great...everything matched...and the detail guy that does the detailing is awesome also...my truck has never looked so cleaned..almost show room ready...thanks again...David J

Upon multiple attempts to make it right after picking up truck the truck still isn't right.
****. They replaced intercooler and less than 24 hrs after picking it up one of the hoses blows off. The engine ran funny and check engine light came on. I spent next ****.5 hrs in a parking lot fixing. I'll have to take to dealer now.
2. They also did warranty work on a previous repair. The body work turned out good however the respray left over spray all over the truck. They did this the first time also and had to claybar the entire side of truck. This time is all over the truck. They also burnt through the paint while buffing.
Jim and Sadie tried to make everything right each time however the workers don't have the skills needed to do proper work. I would never go back there again.
