Everything looked great however I do need to bring the car back in at some point there seems to be a piece of some sort of cloth left behind that is sticking out from behind the headlight other than that everything looked great.

I picked up my car, drove across street to bjs to get gas, turned car off, filed up with gas, turned car on & it stuttered, drove to stop sign, car almost stalled & lights came on. Car drove smooth & quietly prior to leaving car to get fixed, not happy at all to receive my car in this condition after being told it was fixed :-(

Devin was great, she did everything to make it a great experience. The quality of the work is a disappointment. I have a brand new truck and it looks terrible. There is a huge run in my clear coat and it makes the whole side of the truck look bad. I also noticed a scuff in the right front fender from the service department when the tires were rotated.I really want it fixed and do not want to pay out of my pocket anymore for a rental. I have purchased 5 vehicles from your dealership and spent a lot of money with your business. I really hope this is taken care of a soon as possible. If not we will be taking our automobile business elsewhere. I

Got my front bumper fixed and painted and there is paint runs on the bumper. Talk to the some guy and he said he would charge me 150 plus tax for him to repaint it and sand the rest of the bumper and do it right.. i got into an accident and the girls insurance company sent me to the shop since she was at full liability, they payed for it and im so unsatisfied with the job that was done and if i would have known that the whole bumper wasnt gunna be sanded, i would have paid the extra to get it sanded and painted right and not just paint slapped on because the paint ran and then would have paid to have them do a tiny little part to the bumper that they didnt paint claiming it cane off the bumper even though when put together it is to make the paint match and from my assumption the whole bumper was gunna be repainted and sanded and if i was told other wise i would have paid the extra cost but no one told me other wise. The running paint is unacceptable and im not paying out of my own pocket to get the work replaced, i will be calling the insurance company who paid for the job and will be letting them know how the whole ordeal went down when i picked up the car, poor workmanship and i even made it known to the guy and he said he would charge me and i even mentioned the running paint and the only response was they get paid per job, not by the hour and if i wanted it fixed id have to pay for it. Suppose to garentee the work but im supposed to pay for running paint when your shop garentees work your work but wants me to pay to fix it??. Super angry about this and feel like i was treated like it wasnt a big deal when i had called the insurance company and talk to them before they started the job because i was then concerned about the project and i go and pick up the car and it looks like hell. I felt like they didn't want to deal with me on their mistake and faught me when i explained how unsatisfied i was.
