Excellent customer service. Very friendly. Sebastian always updated me with the progress of my Lexus. Always. There was never a time when I didn't know the status of my car.. As far as timing when parts came in etc etc. Ashley was great. Wonderful customer service. Very friendly and always with a smile. It definitely made an awful experience with having to bring my car in to be repaired to a nice experience. I knew that day I left my car there to be fixed that everything would be fine. No worries. And it was just that. Thanks to all..

My car looked great, and it just shows how professional and competent the workers are. I would like to particularly thank Kerry who is beyond exceptional. He was helpful the first time I came to get an estimate from GEICO to when my car was repaired. He made sure that Factory parts were put in my car as I insisted on. He went above and beyond, and not only that he preserves the reputation of Dorschel. He is a good man who cares deeply about his customers, and the work he does. Thank you, Kerry.

My answer is based on my assumption that the exceedingly long repair time was due to part or parts not being available, and that this was not in Dorschel's control.

Geico agent stated that door was to be replaced, total bill about 2200. I paid my 500 deductible, met my obligation though the door was not replaced. Why was the full cost of replacing door charged to insurance when no door was replaced.

Car wasn't fixed the way it was described to me it would be. Passenger mirror wasn't replaced and passenger turn signal was replaced with non oem piece which allready broke.

You could have communicated more information about how and how long the repair process would take. All I remember getting is getting the estimate and then the call/ email when it was done. Nothing in between. I stopped by to ask what was happening. It seemed that you should be the ones informing me first. Not me having to come and find out on my own.
