My car is making a grinding/scraping sound whenever I turn the wheel all the way to the left or right. Please advise. Thanks! Cynthia ****-****-xxxx. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Customer service was friendly and professional and very quick turnaround.

There was some confusion @ time of pick up regarding my Deductible. I advised the body shop a fee times that I had Broadens collision & wasn't @ fault nor responsible but the clerk insisted that I had to pay. I was frazzled & upset. I offered to call my Farmer's Agent to confirm this info. The Mgr had someone to try to look up in the system what I was saying was correct. And finally it was discovered that I was correct & telling truth. My veh was then released to me. Other than this treatment @ end, I was very pleased w/treatment & handling.

Repair part was excellent , but didn't do a good job cleaning the car inside , left it very messy ,q dust and febrile from the repair . Thx.
