It was a seamless experience having my car repaired at 101 Auto Body. From making the appt, having the car completed on time as promised and getting a lift to and from the shop. It is a very professional and well-run business. Would highly recommend.

We've had continuing problems with the sensors. First, the air bag wasn't reset. Now, the door doesn't lock with the key fob and the alarm goes off at random. we have an appointment on Tues to get those fixed. I know EVs are a bit more complicated, but still.

Sado was very helpful. As soon as I got to the shop he made me feel like my car was in great hands. He informed me on things I didn't know to much about and assured me I was in good hands.
