There are splatters of paint on the front of our car that were not there before. The inside of the car is dirtier than when we dropped it off. We were told that you performed a free detail of the car. I would not care if you did not detail the car, but do not tell me you did, when you clearly did not. I have lost confidence in your business and will not bring any future business to you.
