Everyone at Scott's was amazing to work and interact with. Everyone I spoke to in person and on the phone was friendly and professional. When I asked to have my repair finished as early as possible, the person who helped me over the phone (I can't remember who I spoke to) went above and beyond to find and get the part that my car needed so repairs could be completed that day. We will definitely be back whenever we need work done on our vehicles. We won't go anywhere else ever again!

Scott in my opinion is the finest repair work in this area. A few things that are annoying are: ****) all the text messages. We really miss the personal touch of the telephone calls and conversations. 2) your staff really doesn't have your billing practices fine-tuned. We had to have them contact The insurance company about an additional amount that was billed that we didn't know about and also had to supply your staff with the telephone number of the insurance company. Your office had to contact the insurance company to get additional repairs authorized so we really didn't understand why they didn't have the telephone number the name of the person I spoke with. 3) since I have lived in Pennsylvania I've had every car repair ever done for me performed by Scott's. Do the awkward situation with this repair I'm not sure I would come back. 4) please don't text anymore messages as I previously stated I find these messages and their frequencya extremely annoying

The car is sparkly clean and I love the text message updates and estimate cost before you even Pick up the vehicle!

Only dissatisfaction was instead of 3 days it was 4 days I had to borrow someone's car - otherwise u get a 10 - it was an inconvenience - but I do thank you for a great job

We were told everything is fixed and once we checked it wasn't and went back in and said we ordered the part and will need the car again.

The finished product looks really great! I was impressed and surprised to see my seats and interior had been cleaned...that was awesome! I will definitely use Scott's in the future as needed. Thank you so much!

This repair job was my first accident in over 35 years of driving so I didn't know what to expect. However, I was thoroughly surprised at the level of customer service and communication via text messages as to the status of my car. I was also thoroughly surprised at the level of detail relative to the quality of the paint job repair work and cleanliness of my vehicle at the end of the repair job.
