After being involved in a accident, which resulted in severe damage to our vehicle from a negligent driver, our local insurance representative suggested we use Scott's Collision for our repairs. From the start it was plain to see the staff at Scott's was very professional and caring. They went above and beyond providing us with a loaner vehicle and coming to our house to pick up our truck on a flatbed tow truck. I recall the tow operator reassuring me my vehicle was in good hands and he was confident it would look just as it did prior to the accident. Scott's kept us up to date every couple of days with repair updates and even completed the repairs sooner than anticipated. When we arrived at the shop Scott's staff didn't disappoint. The truck was detailed and looked as if the accident never happened. The repair work was excellent down to the last detail. We thank Scott's Collision for all they have done to get us through a stressful situation. The staff and repairs were excellent and we would highly recommend their services to anyone.
