The reason I am not completely satisfied is because when I got the estimate we decided that jerrys would use a little touch up paint on my hood to cover some chips and that didn't happen. Not a huge deal, but I was told it would be done and it wasn't.

Car accidents are always inconvenient and never pleasant, however Jerry's Auto Body made the repair situation as easy and pleasant as possible. The car was taken in right away, repairs were done in a timely fashion and I was kept informed of the progress through emails the entire time my car was in the shop. Employees were polite, they assisted me with my returning my rental car and the car looks great. Honestly I cannot say enough about the fabulous customer service!!

The car looked lovely when I picked it up...it makes me think I will ask Jim about detailing as well. I'm sure Jerry's must do this! Anyway from my first encounter with them they were polite, reassuring about the whole process, efficient and just did the job quickly and without apparent hassle! I was very impressed! And I'll definitely go back - at least for some types of services if not all....
