First of all Jim and Brian are always very very thoughtful and polite with me I've been there once before this this past time. Also the work always seems good and clean and solid ... after the last episode which was at least a year ago there were no issues whatsoever with the car and it was just exactly as they had promised it would be. And it would appear to be the same this time. I really appreciate knowing that a business of this quality is in my neighborhood, especially now that my car is getting older and doesn't always need to go to the dealer to have tons of money spent on it.
