Fast and friendly repair!

The body work was done great, but upon getting the vehicle back I have been having issues with the vehicle not starting. I have been stranded 3 times in the 6 days I've had it back. Each time I've driven. This happens intermittently. When it does happen the dash icons flicker, the windows do not work and if locked the key fob will not unlock the car, but the locks work from the inside. Then it will finally start in an hour or 2. This problem did not exist prior to taking the vehicle to Karl's for repair. I am an Uber driver and this vehicle is my business. I am losing wages and the only solution I have received from Karl's is to pay for it myself. I am not happy with these results. This is the worst customer service I have ever received from a dealership. Any help you can offer would be appreciated. I don't like accepting the vehicle in this condition.

The repair seems to be of excellent quality and the Mike and the other collision shop staff were very proactive in keeping me informed of the repair progress and/or of any delays.

Returning the car to the shop. There were still dings in the Hood. Other then the dings that were missed the car looked good.

I’m extremely satisfied with my experience at the collision center. I worked with Mike and he was personable, informative, easy to get a hold of and accommodating! Payton at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful! Together they made this otherwise stressful situation go very smoothly. My car looks good as new and was done much faster than expected! VERY FAST, clean and professional during the entire process!! VERY HAPPY as this was our first time having to use this service. The loaner vehicle was also "sweet"!! have never had any problems with any other services at Karl's and always recommend Karl's to friends and family.

We had body work done on our vehicle, specifically on the driver's side. The door lock on the driver's side was working properly prior to the repair. Now the lock does not function properly and the car alarm went off when trying to lock the vehicle with the remote control.

I thought the team at Karl’s were exceptional. From the beginning to the end of the process, they kept me informed, were friendly, and very accommodating. I would definitely use Karl’s again for any body work that my vehicle would need. Many Thanks to Jason and his crew.
