I could not be more pleased. Everyone has been outstanding.

The work seems of good quality and the reps I dealt with were all very friendly. However, I wasn’t alerted to the cost increase prior to the work taking place. I thought I requested to be notified. It didn’t matter in the end but still would have been nice. Also, it was supposed to be done on Monday, I wasn’t alerted that it would be Tuesday until 4:42 pm on Monday. More notice would have been nice also. Overall thanks!

Scott Cozad was greath to work with. He explained the work being done and coordinated some tire changes for me. I like it when nothing gets missed and to job is done right Nice job by the Karl Team keeping me informed.

Yes and No. Yes, because all the communication was great, the professionalism of the staff was nice and the area inside and out was clean and inviting, although I remember the 'waiting room' as being somewhat dark, but was in and out so maybe it isn't. No, because when I picked up my vehicle I gave it a looksie, before leaving, and saw an area with damage I didn't expect to see. This was at closing, and I zipped back in and was thankful someone stayed to check it out and went back in and found someone else who was still there and decided it was a "burn" mark and said it needed to be repainted. I left it there. I appreciate the decision to improve the area that was being fixed (fender bender on my back bumper) knowing the rest of my vehicle has 15 years of wear and tear, and sadly a lot of scratches I don't see until I look for them :( I was looking forward to a flawless bumper, which was why I was surprised and disappointed in the results, even if small.

Wind noise in the car coming from the passenger side. Good doesn’t line up. Car was dirty on the inside from other repairs. Great amount of Bondo dust inside the car.

We are completely satisfied with all of it. This is the first vehicle we have purchase from you. When we come in for our oil change your staff is always pleasant and try’s to get me in and out as quickly as possible. Your collision department Did a excellent job repairing the pickup of coarse. But they went one step further which surprised us completely as I brought them a very dirty inside and out farm pick up as we have show horses. It had hay,stall bedding, filthiest pickup and your staff Detailed it for me. You have no idea how very much I appreciate that . Having a business of my own I know word of mouth is the worlds best advertising and I have been telling everyone the wonderful treatment I received by your staff. Thank you so very much and I won’t be buying a pick up Anywhere else.

Two areas of damage were not repaired on my vehicle and will have to be returned for service. Other than this I appreciated the car being washed and car being cleaned. The areas they did repair look great.
