As a supervisor I feel that customer service is key. I was not impressed with the customer service that I received from both the Collision Center and Hertz. I personally will never return.

I was told I would be contacted with status updates every other day, but I had to call myself after three days and five days to ask what was happening. I also asked several times about having the recalls on my car fixed. I was told my coordinator would call service to make sure they had the parts in stock. Then on the day my car was supposed to be completed I was told the parts were not in stock for the recall - I am disappointed I wasn't told that sooner, since the coordinator would have been aware of that if he had called the service department in advance. I was also told I would receive a call to come pick up my car. I called an hour before closing time to inquire about picking my car up. I was told I needed to wait for my coordinator to call me back with the status. Then someone else called and said I could come pick up my car. If I had not called, the collision department would have closed and I would not have been able to get my car. While it was still being washed when I called, you can't expect to call a customer five minutes before close and expect they will be able to drive over and pick up their car before close. Everyone was very polite, but it seems promises made were not kept throughout the entire process.
