It took a little longer than I was initially quoted and then when I picked up the vehicle, I was assuming I would get a free car wash as a couple of birds left their mark on it while it was sitting in your parking lot.

I received an text during the day to pick up my car at 626pm. When I arrived I was told another 30 minutes til completion. I waited about 45 minutes. Fortunately I did not have an evening commitment to rush to. It would have been considerate to update the pick up time.
