Already emailed collision center this evening after picking up vehicle earlier this afternoon. After getting home we discovered a piece of plastic was not replaced as original. Does not match.

Unfortunately our family had to bring two of our vehicles in for repairs over the last couple of months. Fortunately, Dave and his team at Karl's were there to take care of us! Both vehicles looked amazing when they were done. The vehicles were even cleaned from top to bottom when we got them back. We won't take our vehicles anywhere else for repairs.

I noticed an opportunity your staff could've taken when I brought my car in and scheduled my repair. Since my car was going to be in the shop for a week waiting on parts, I decided it would be great if I could also get an oil change during this time. They were willing to schedule this service... but maybe it's something you could offer/pitch to customers coming in the door. I also wanted to mention my pick-up experience. The checkout process was smooth and they offered to bring my vehicle up to transfer my belongings from my rental. I had my son (8months old) with me at the time, and told them I would be transferring a car seat. Instead of pulling my car up beside my rental car, they still parked it a good distance away. So I had to carry my purse, diaper bag, car seat, child and car seat base across the parking lot. Once I had everything installed I jumped in the front seat of my car, only to realize the keys weren't in the ignition. I then had to unbuckle my son and walk into the service station (because the front door was broken) and get my keys. It wasn't that big of a deal - but it was an opportunity to really show how you take care of your customers. Overall, recognize up-sell opportunities to extend your services you provide to each client... and make each transaction personable.

They handled the repair in a very professional manner. I received a text update each day with progress. It took a little longer than the estimated completion time, but was done on the day they targeted.
