Overall very satisfied repairing the damage to the passenger side door. Impressed with the level of service. Only complaint I would have is that I was under the impression that some minor dings on the right side back wheel well would also be taken care of and they were not. Not sure if they just forgot?

I haven't seen the repairs in daylight yet. But, getting the estimate, getting my SSR scheduled for the repairs, dropping off for repairs, and repairs being completed IN 17 DAYS is beyond remarkable. All aspects of my experience with Karl's have been extraordinary.

Every single thing that a car dealership could do to make someone feel special was done for me!! Amina, the receptionist, was warm and friendly while being professional and knowledgeable. This experience from the start has been a mess. I have not had a good experience with Jason. I came to pick up my car and had to leave it because of how it looked. It was unexceptable. This expense was not turned into the insurance and I expected high quality work and I did not receive it. I notice the bottom molding on the passenger front side scraped really bad and when I asked Jason about it, he made it sound like it was there when we brought it in but it wasn't. I was the last one to wash the car and I pay close attention to my car and I know that piece wasn't messed up like that. I felt like Jason brushed me off. Is it because I am a female and he doesn't think I take notice in my cars? I do, pay very close attention. That was the 2nd bad thing I noticed inspecting my car and the work done to it. The inconvience of driving 30 miles one way to pick up my car just to have to leave it because of poor quality work is not acceptable. I am 100 percent NOT HAPPY with the work done on my car and I should not have paid for the service prior to looking over the car. I feel like I spent $2600 and got a $1000 quality work. Can you tell I am very disappointed and a bit angry with the bottom front passenger side molding and the fact that the quality of repairs and paint job was not what I expected from Karl's. Please make this right both in the look of my car and financially. I live 2 miles from Waukee and the Chevy dealer there and I am at the point that I feel like I made a huge mistake leaving my car in the hands of Karl's. Sincerely Cindy & Rick Adams
