The estimator quoted six days and said "we can probably get you in next week." In reality, I waited a week and a half to get in (partly the fault of Lynx) and you had the car 9 days. I wish the estimator would have been more straightforward- the first I heard of the new timeline was through Carwise texts. Also, I was expecting an updated and detailed invoice at pickup but didn't get one. Even though insurance was paying, I would appreciate transparency into the total costs as it impacts my insurance.

I have been more than pleased with my experience at Karl Chevrolet. The updates I was given as well as the phone calls keeping me updated about the progress of the repairs to my car were great!!! A. I had to ask for someone to go over the repairs with me
B. No one reviwed the car with me to make sure I was satisfied
C. When I got to the car I noticed a splatter of something all over the hood of my car. The hood was not included in the damage originally
D. I asked for someone to come to explain to which I was informed it was a "polishing compound" which had not been removed and was frozen on the car
E. Rubbing compound was used to remove the large splatter marks
F. Two small chip marks also noted on the hood that were new
G. Jake came to my rescue on this. He labored to remove the splattered material, used touch up paint on chips and even went further to remove a bit of paint left on my car by someones car door
H. Jake is a very good representative of your company. He truly saved this wxperience with your company.
