Not everyone walks around with a 500 dollar deductible in their pocket....and especially in an accident situation can make things very stressful to come up with. It would be nice to see a program where you can extend trust to a customer whose insurance is paying for those repairs as well as his rates going up for said accident....The only negative was the parts didn't all arrive in the said time frame ..no blame to put here but was a little frustrating waiting an extra 3 more days.....to receive the repaired car ....oh and you need to give a person more than 45 minutes before you close the notice of your car is ready ...The repairs and the car looks great ...very clean and detailed ...thank you

I had a confirmation from the Insurance company to have a rental car while mine was being repaired. But when I was to get it from Enterpise, they said they didn't have one available. But I would like to put in a huge thank you to the girls in your collision center office at Karl for fixing me up with a car to drive. Make sure they get a big job well done on their part.
