My radio is out of whack. What do I do?

My truck was not replied to the way it was before the the damage. The center caps on my wheels are green not silver gray which throw off the whole looked of my truck. You guys took my spare tire and didn't leave me the both of the old wheels and tires that was really placed. There is a scratch on the driver side Door and a ding and scratches on the back of the cab that was not there before. The right back door handle is still broke. It doesn't drive as smooth as it did before the damage. I am really disappointed in the service I received. The only place I wanted the work done was Karl's because I bought my truck from you. I thought I made it clear to Kyle when he first called me when my truck arrived to your shop that I have full trust in you to put it back to the way it was before the damage. After picking my truck up in the way it is I feel I have made a mistake in that choice. I feel like the quality of work that was done your not trying to hard to be my "dealer for life".
