I truly appreciate the excellent organization of the team and site to get my car in for repairs and everyone that I encounter and talked too were courteous and welcoming! Your staff is wonderful and made the experience a good one despite the circumstances of my car being in its damage state. I also appreciate the text updates and call updates of the status of my car repairs. That really adds additional peace of mind to know what to expect. Last but not least thank you very much for the accommodation and fixes with my car after I had picked it up and found that there was a new issue with the window controller. Excellent and friendly service all around. I'm happily impressed.

They did not meet the initial timing which was fine things happen, but I had to follow up with them to find that out. I am sure if I wouldn't have called, I wouldn't have found out until I got there to pick it up. They didn't meet the time line of the second date they said it would be ready and the same as above, no update until I called right before I came to pick it up and again it wasn't ready. I was supposed to get email updates and the only update I received was when it was complete. Its not the first time I have been to Karl's I have bought several trucks there and have been to the collision center as well. All have been great experiences until this one.
