There was a missing wood inlay panel on the inside drivers door upon pick up. Additionally there are 2 small scratches on the top of the the rear divers side window. Besides that the work you did was exceptional as usual. I'm a repeat customer and as long as these are taking care of I will for sure continue to come to Karls for any bodywork or collision repair.

Runs in the paint. New mirror was damaged by the repair technician during installation. Very poor job. On top.of that I pointed these things out to the claims adjuster and he just expected me to be ok with it. Absolutely horrible.
