The last time I had a repair done the vehicle was completely detailed. All interior was wiped and it smelled wonderful. It looks like my vehicle was vacuumed but not detailed like it was last time. I also have one extra day of rental coverage on my claim as I dropped it off on the 25th at 8:30 am when my appt was but it did not get in until 26th to start repair. I wish I would have been contacted to let me know not to drop it off until the 26th if it wasn't going to be started on the 25th

Other than Hertz not having a car for me even though it had been reserved days in advance, my experience was perfect. As to the car rental mishap kudos to your receptionist's efforts to obtain one from Enterprise ASAP for me to rent.

Repair was 98% satisfactory new tires were not placed on the rear of the vehicle as discussed with service personnel. Everything else seems to be in top order. Only other concern was the nearly two weeks to get vehicle in for repairs and nearly two weeks to complete repairs. In the past I have had much more extensive repairs needed and took shorter time in the "shop". It could be because of recent hail storms causing a backup. I'm confident that my tire rotation issue will be resolved. I look forward to resolving the completion of my repairs in short order.

The windshield was not set correctly or was defective and will need replacement again, so I need to make another trip to have fixed. Just waiting until new glass arrives to bring in again. There was also grease finger prints on the headliner of my car on the inside. I will address with Dave to have cleaned when the glass is being replaced. The rest of repairs were acceptable as we discussed.
